The user undertakes to use the website and those services placed at their disposal through it, from way according to the law, moral, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of these clauses. As a result, is obliged not to use the Web for purposes or effects that are illicit or contrary to established, harmful of rights and/or interests of third parties or that in any way, they can harm the Web, or prevent its normal use, or services accessible through it.

Reproduction and/or publication, total or partial, of Web or its computer processing, distribution, dissemination, or modification, transformation or decompilation, or other rights legally recognised on its owner, without prior permission and in writing thereof is not permitted. User, solely and exclusively, can use the material appearing on the website for your personal and private use, being prohibited its use for commercial purposes or to incur illicit activities. All rights derived from the intellectual property are expressly reserved by EMC Internacional or the third party licensors, which ensure the fulfilment of the above conditions and the proper use of the contents presented in its website, exercising all civil and criminal actions that are appropriate in the case of infraction or breach of these rights by the user.

Within the framework of compliance with the legislation in force, contained in the organic law 15/1999, of 13 December, on protection of data of Personal character (LOPD), whose purpose is to guarantee and protect, in what regards the treatment of personal data, the liberties and fundamental rights of individuals, and especially their honor and personal privacy International EMC informs users that:

• Any personal data provided by users via email, electronic forms or other means will become part of the files property of international EMC which are duly registered in the Spanish Agency of data protection. Refusal to provide the data qualified as obligatory by the symbol of the asterisk (*) in the collection forms, if they exist, or non-acceptance express or unequivocally of the present privacy policy will result in the impossibility of providing the user the requested service.
• The purposes of treatments are aimed at the provision of the services that the user might say, to the correct identification of the user requesting customized services, to carry out statistical studies that allow design improvements in the services provided, to the management of the application for employment and inclusion in future processes of personnel selection that charge could carry out to the implementation of training activities, the management of basic administrative tasks, as well as for communication, by email well by any other means, of news, products and services related with international EMC or third-party partner entities that might be of interest (task this last always identified as such).
• EMC – Internacional declares that it has adopted the measures at its disposal to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the data provided by the user, according to the security level applicable, in its installations, systems and files, in accordance with the provisions of title VIII of the rules of development of the LOPD (approved by Royal Decree 1720 / 2007) (, December 21). • The user may exercise the rights recognised in the LOPD of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition by writing to EMC International (Ref. EMC International shall not be liable for any damages caused or likely to occur, any that is its nature, arising from the use of the information, the matters contained in the Web and software that incorporates. The links (Links) and Hypertext, which, through the Web, access the user to benefits and services offered by third parties, do not belong or are under the control of EMC International, so is not responsible for any information contained therein or any effects that might result from such information.

EMC International is committed through this means not to make misleading advertising. For this purpose, therefore, not will be considered as misleading advertising formal or numerical errors that may be found in the content of the different sections of the website, produced as a result of a maintenance and/or incomplete update of the information contained in these sections. International EMC, as a result of this paragraph, undertakes to correct it as soon as it becomes aware of such errors. EMC International undertakes not to send commercial communications without identifying them as such, in accordance with the law 34/2002 of services of the information society and electronic commerce. To these effects not be regarded as commercial information being sent to EMC International customers whenever it has by purpose the maintenance of the contractual relationship between customer and EMC International, as well as the performance of the tasks of information and other activities of the service that the client has contracted

This Legal notice and all the relationships that are established between EMC International and the user of the website and its services shall be governed by the Spanish legislation. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of Madrid.
